At ProcuraFind, our virtually held Communities of Practice (CoPs) are the heart of how we help small businesses grow smarter, stronger, and faster month after month. The place where real world business problems get solved and Guest Speakers from the Nation’s top companies are invited to present, these virtual CoPs are designed to bring together members from similar industries to share knowledge, build relationships, and elevate one another toward corporate readiness and contract success

Our Communities of Practice (CoPs) are specialized groups built around industries of expertise. Each one offers a trusted space for peer learning, teaming, and collaboration. These are more than just groups — they are sub-communities of action and accountability, where members come together to share experiences, tackle real-world challenges, and grow alongside one another.
How Many Communities of Practice Are There?
We currently have 5-active Communities of Practice, each focused on a key industry area with a high volume of corporate contracting opportunity:
- Healthcare & Medical – 2nd Mondays at 5p ET
- Construction & Development – 2nd Mondays at 6p ET
- Products & Retail – 2nd Mondays at 7p ET
- Business & Professional Services – 2nd Tuesday at 6p ET
- Hospitality, Food & Beverage- 2nd Tuesdays at 7p ET
Each community is led by industry leaders and powered by member participation.
